Menu Plan Monday

It’s that time again!  So, I have decided that in an effort to do better with my weight loss, I am going to commit to making a weekly menu.

So here it is:

Monday ~ Broccoli Chicken Divan

Tuesday ~ Grilled Turkey Burgers & Salad

Wednesday ~ 97% FF Hebrew National hot dogs on light buns, tater tots and Fruit

Thursday ~ Grilled chicken breast, corn on the cob & chicken flavored rice

Friday ~  Leftovers

Saturday ~  Grilled pork chops, baked potatoes, green beans and tomatoes

Sunday ~ (Brody’s birthday!)  Grilled hamburgers & hot dogs, potato salad, chips, fruit salad and birthday cake!
