Sickness and weight loss
I was under the weather last week with swimmer’s ear. Let me tell you, I was in a whole lot of pain and I didn’t feel like doing much.
I tried to watch what I ate as much as possible. Some days I did rather well, other days I threw caution to the wind. But getting sick is an unexpected occurrence. I mean… we expect that we’ll get sick maybe a couple of times a year but no one can predict when and why.
I think the only *good* part about it is that I really didn’t have much of an appetite.
How do you deal with weight loss when you are sick? Do you feel as though you are in the moment and continue to plug on or do you put your journey on hold?
