Doin’ it for myself Wednesday
Last month, I wrote a post about doing at least one non-food related thing for myself each week and then set it as a challenge for my readers as well. That week, I went to the library (by myself) and took the time to peruse books. I even came home with a few! I felt SOOO good about it that I did it again the next week. And then, preparation for Thanksgiving came up and I forgot all about doing something good for myself.
So, I am reviving it for myself (not forgotten just put aside for awhile) and will be posting every Wednesday what I did for myself the week before!
Last week I didn’t do anything but tonight I am going to go on a walk (by myself! –Which is huge when you are a SAHM as you rarely get to do anything by yourself) and jam to the tunes on my ipod. And i’m going to take big breaths of the crisp pre-winter air and remind myself that life is lovely! I may even give myself a mental hug and few high fives so that I can take in some serious positive energy (much needed).
