		<description>those are all great ideas!  i need to work on preparing food ahead of time; i think that is one of the biggies that helps me.  but i got a very pretty lunch tote for christmas, maybe that will help motivate me!  i also try to keep a few cans of low point soups in my desk at work for when i&#039;m super busy; then i&#039;m less tempted to go hit a drive-through for a quick fix.  preparing those veggies ahead of time, yep, i need to work on that.  i repeat myself but maybe that will help me remember!

		<description>Wonderful tips! They were all wonderful, but the brown rice was a winner with me. I often make it ahead of time and freeze it in 2 cup portion sizes. I love having it on hand.

It&#039;s taken me forever to stop denying that I don&#039;t have the willpower to keep certain things in the house without going on a late night binge, so I finally started keeping snacks like you.
