		<description>WTG girl! You know what they say, it&#039;s 90% eating habits and 10% exercise. As long as you keep straight on your food choices you&#039;re going to lose. The exercise just helps it along.

I like what your stockbroker friend told you. It reminds me of what my ex-boss and current workout partner told me a long time ago when I worked for her. She told me an easy way to never get into fat denial is to look at yourself in the mirror naked. I started doing that about a month ago and she&#039;s right! It sucks! LOL</description>
