The biggest thing I&#039;ve changed that comes to mind is that I no longer live by the all-or-nothing mentality I used to when I was &quot;dieting&quot; or doing anything. Most significantly eating choices. If I would have something &quot;not on plan&quot; or bad for me, I would just eat junk all day long. It made no sense at all in retrospect.

Also, exercise is a big part of my life now. Before I didn&#039;t do anything except sit in front of the computer! LOL And if I miss an exercise session, it really affects my day. I enjoy the endorphines I get.</description>

		<description>Breakfast:  Then - cereal.  Now - something with protein, no grains.

Drinks:  Then - very little water or drinks at all.  Now - 4-6 cups of tea a day.  Great for snack avoidance.  

Tacos:  Then - If I eat them now it is without a shell; taco salads are yummy.  

Exercise:  Then - I was doing pretty well at this already.  Now - Added yoga and pilates to what I was already doing.

Grocery shopping:  Then - giving in to the little screaming voices that said &quot;eat me.&quot;  Lots of junk and snacks.  Now - veggies and protein and ingredients for planned meals.</description>
