I am currently running Windows 7 Professional. This morning, my computer did not wake from sleep. So I had to restart it (typical Windows).
Upon the restart I noticed that my mouse pointer cursor had turned into a giant gray/black box with lines. I learned that the upper edge of the giant box was actually the pointer. So I managed to open up FireFox and Google my problem.
Finally, I ended up finding a solution that was kind of unrelated. Basically I had to go into my control panel and then mouse pointer properties and UNCHECK the box that says the mouse will have a shadow. Somehow, it became checked. And then I restarted my computer.
Problem solved. I am putting this on here in case anyone else has that problem and if they Google they’ll at least find a solution. 
At least I didn’t have any kind of adipex side effects.

Okay I haven’t tried Windows 7 yet, I really need to upgrade my Vista computer at home. Damn Windows… LOL Thanks for the info though, I’m sure it’s something I’ll eventually run into.
