I tried WW once, but I hate counting points.  So i just eat healthy food when I&#039;m hungry and don&#039;t have any sort of plan to follow. ;)</description>

I also can&#039;t spend the money on weight watchers, and have tried deiting in the past. I&#039;m glad you are having so much success with it! Another blog I follow lost 50+ pounds on it also!

My New Plan this year is eat LESS exersice MORE(for me AT ALL is the same as more). I think it is the only thing that will work for me. Since I am DONE depriving myself, I eat what I want but not to much. My Motto is ONLY ONE lol. Like slices of pizza, ONE not FIVE like it used to be. I have lost 15 pounds so far so it&#039;s working for me, slowly but steady.</description>
