My aunt has a friend who sells Juice Plus. From what I have heard (reading reviews and talking to my aunt and her friends who have used the product) it is one of the best vitamin supplements out there.
I tried the knock-off product that you can get from Sam’s Club called Juice Festiv. The ingredients are all natural — everything is extracted from vegetables and fruits. Also, you can actually pronounce everything on the ingredients menu. Two things I experienced: 1) I had an insane amount of energy but wasn’t sure if I was *supposed* to feel that way. 2) I had a little bit of heartburn a few times because a couple of the powder caplets broke on the way down to my stomach.
Do you take supplements? Do they work for you? Have you taken Juice Plus or Juice Festiv? What did you think?
I don’t take any supplements. I sometimes feel like I should, but I’ve had weird reactions to things I’ve taken. My dad gave me an all natural liquid energy supplement that you drink one ounce of every morning and it made me anxious, paranoid and dizzy. I also tried taking a vitamin d/magnesium supplement and I was constantly constipated. So I’ve kind of just quit trying.
I’ve never heard of either of those supplements, but if you’re hearing good things, go for it!

I am currently NOT taking any supplements at this time. I have tried the Usana vitamins and over the counter in the past. I don’t really know if either helped me in any way to be honest. I’m just trying to keep in simple and I always would forget to take them. Plus, I want to get my nutrients from my foods if at all possible.
You’ll have to let me know how it works for you and if you find a good difference in taking it.
