Diet pills — do you?

I don’t think I could ever do a diet pill review. I just don’t take them. I have in the past. But I found the side affects to be too much for me (anxious and nervous energy… lethargy… etc.). And i’m not altogether convinced that they are 100% safe.

I truly reserve judgment though. Everyone does what works for them. I mean, who doesn’t wish that there was a lightening fast way to lose weight and keep it off? When I was younger I used to wish that they would invent a special machine. With this machine, I could walk into it and come out magically 30 or 40 pounds lighter.

I haven’t even considered taking the “Jillian Michaels” approved line of dietary supplements and weight-loss kick-starters.

  1. I think if people need help, they should reach out and grab it and when they don’t need help anymore, they should stand on their own two feet. There are no prizes for the person who hits goal without help… we all get the same prize.

I’ve taken Xenadrine and Hydroxycut– I preferred Hydroxycut, since I had energy but I wasn’t “high”. I had to stop taking Xenadrine after I went to the store and couldn’t remember what I went there for and then dropped my keys and couldn’t remember where I set them down. No shakes, no jitters, lots of energy, but I was totally out of it.

I find I need a little something for energy, but it can’t be too strong or I can’t sleep.
