		<description>Unfortunately there is more to it than this.  Depending on your Operating System, your computer may only be able to handle 3 Gig of memory, not 4.  If you have a 64-bit OS you can handle 4, otherwise, the last Gig never gets used.  

I don&#039;t know you technical level, so please forgive me if I am telling you something you already know.  I suspect you could improve your performance by running a program called Malwarebytes Antimalware.  Google it - there is a free version.  Also, you may have too many programs running all at once that you never use (such as adobe updater).  That is a little more complicated to take care of though.</description>
